Anna Xia

Board Member

Anna joined the Goddard House Board in 2022. She is the founder of Market Ignition Group, a consultancy that specializes in global business development and strategy formulation and execution. 

A dynamic senior leader with more than 20 years of experience in global business development and strategy, Anna has a passion for growing businesses in new and international markets.  She has extensive experiences in both public and private sectors, including Fortune 500 companies and multigenerational family-owned private enterprises.  

Born and raised in China, Anna was educated in China, Switzerland, and the US. Her interest in senior care comes from her experience being raised by her grandparents. 

Anna Chairs the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Committee and is a member of the Building Committee.
