We are your Care Team Partners

At Goddard House, we connect with each resident’s healthcare team to get a full understanding of their health, care needs, and treatment plans. We’ve also built a trusted network of local specialists who offer services right here in our assisted living and memory care community, ensuring a top-notch care experience. If residents need additional services, we make it a priority to connect you with the right professionals to support your health and well-being. We also provide transportation to local medical appointments.

Whether you’re already a part of the Goddard House community or are transitioning to your new home, rest assured that we’ve got you covered—from in-house primary care to strong partnerships with local providers offering vision, dental, hearing, physical therapy, visiting nursing and more!

Primary Care Coordination

Our residents have access to excellent primary care services, with highly skilled providers right at their doorstep! We work with:

  • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Gerontology – Nurse Practitioner at the community every Thursday
  • Concerto Care – at the community monthly

If lab services are needed, we work with Quest Diagnostics.

Mental Health Services & GCMs

We know that our residents’ mental wellbeing is just as important as their physical health. When you need extra support to work through challenges and changes in life, Goddard’s onsite Social Worker is available to offer services to residents as needed.

If you need a Geriatric Case Manager, we work with Cian Tran at Lifecare Advocates, who supports residents and families during and after the transition to assisted living.

Pharmacy Coordination

Say goodbye to traveling for prescription pickup! We work with Greater Boston Long Term Care Pharmacy, who delivers medications to the community monthly or as needed. With this partnership, residents get:

  • Free medication deliver
  • Comprehensive drug review by a pharmacist
  • 24-hour services
  • Pharmacy participation in resident assessment process
  • Complete clinical support
