Jessica Pires Brown

Board Member

Jessica Pires Brown is the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leader for global insurance brokerage firm Brown & Brown, Inc.

Previously, Jessica worked with Accion International in fundraising and donor engagement. She also co-founded Women with Purpose, a Boston-based organization that provides professional development and skill-building workshops for women of color.

Jessica holds a B.A. in International Studies and Anthropology from Colby College. She has additionally received the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) designation from the IDC. In 2024, she was named one of Boston’s “Ten Outstanding Young Leaders” by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

On her passion for services for older adults, she notes, “From a young age, I’ve always felt a strong connection to our elders. My early experiences fostered a deep respect for the older adults in our communities, and a desire to ensure they lead fulfilling lives and are seen, heard, and honored.”
