Noreen E. Guanci

Board Member

Noreen has been on the Goddard House board since 2012. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Long Term Solutions, which provides a broad spectrum of administrative and clinical support and assessment services to the long-term care industry and other health insurers. 

Long Term Solutions has received numerous awards including, but not limited to, the Top 50 Fastest Women-Owned Companies in the United States presented by the Women Presidents Organization, numerous consecutive year awards from Inc. 500/5000, and multiple awards from The Commonwealth Institute for the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts.   

Noreen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an MBA, and has more than 30 years of experience in various healthcare and insurance settings in both direct caregiver and managerial capacities. She serves in leadership roles on various nonprofit boards in the healthcare industry and within academic institutions dedicated to clinical education. She is also active in women’s initiatives. 

Noreen serves on the Strategic Planning and Workforce Committees.
