Sarah Le Roy

Board Member

Sarah joined the Goddard House Board in 2023. She serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Saama Technologies. She brings more than 25 years of global human capital leadership experience across a variety of industries, with a focus on transforming businesses and building cultures to accelerate innovation and drive growth. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer for Forrester Research. She was also the CHRO at RSA Security, where she oversaw the development and implementation of its human resources strategy and a successful carve-out from DELL Technologies. Prior to RSA, Sarah was the CHRO for Decision Resource Group, overseeing all aspects of human resources leading to its sale in 2020.

Sarah graduated from Williams College and holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

Her interest in the Board comes from the innovative programming offered both at Goddard House in Brookline and in the Greater Boston community. She currently serves on the Workforce Committee.
