Executive Director

As Executive Director, Catherine Haycock oversees day-to-day operations of the community. Catherine is a seasoned leader in senior care who truly knows how to balance heart with results. She has a talent for improving people’s lives while ensuring the organization stays strong and sustainable. 

Most recently, she served as Senior Executive Director for Sunrise Senior Living, where she helped to build strong, supportive cultures across multiple communities by guiding teams and overseeing operations ensuring every resident and associate had the opportunity to thrive. Prior to that role, Catherine was the Operational Projects Lead for HC-One, the UK’s largest residential senior care provider where she focused on strategic growth and performance excellence, as well as mentoring, coaching, developing teams to provide quality, person-centered care. Catherine has also held several leadership roles in residential senior communities, including Belong, a UK-based non-profit organization known for its innovative dementia-focused residential villages.

Catherine is passionate about ensuring the highest standard of care for residents living at Goddard House. With two decades of experience in healthcare, she is committed to creating environments where individual needs are met and where team members are motivated to develop and grow professionally.
